Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be issued after 7 days, for partially used subscription periods, or if the account has violated our terms of service.
2. Cashback Wallet Refunds
Customers: Cashback coins or amounts credited to a wallet are non-refundable but can be redeemed at participating merchants or withdrawn (if the system supports direct cashbacks).
Merchants: Funds loaded into the system for cashback distribution are non-refundable once credited to customer wallets.
3. Technical Errors
If a technical error on our platform leads to an incorrect transaction or double deduction:
Contact us within 48 hours of the error.
Provide transaction details and supporting screenshots.
Upon verification, refunds or wallet adjustments will be made within 5-7 business days.
4. Promotional Offers and Bonuses
Promotional cashback, coins, or discounts are non-refundable and subject to the terms outlined in the specific campaign.
